Brief
Reception desks spend hours on the phone moving appointments. The concept: patients manage their own visits, and the clinic sees fewer no-shows.
Challenge
Design for every age group, including people who rarely use apps, while keeping medical information private and secure.
Approach
Large touch targets, plain language and one primary action per screen. Reminders adapt to the type of appointment, and the clinic gets a simple web panel to manage schedules.
