Brief
Work orders live on paper and quality issues are found too late. The concept: every station sees its queue and logs checks in seconds.
Challenge
Operators wear gloves, the floor is loud and bright, and nobody has time to read. The interface has to work at a glance.
Approach
Huge targets, high contrast and colour-coded states readable from two metres away. Supervisors get a real-time overview on desktop, and data syncs with the existing ERP.
