Brief
Dispatchers juggle spreadsheets, phone calls and three different tracking tools. The concept: one console that shows what needs attention now.
Challenge
Show hundreds of moving vehicles without overwhelming the person who has to act on them, and keep the screen readable during a 10-hour shift.
Approach
We designed around exceptions, not data: the default view surfaces only delays and alerts, with the full fleet one click away. Dense tables use a mono type scale and colour is reserved for states that need action.
